5 Ways to Make your Dinner Healthier

We are all looking for ways to make our dinner a little healthier. Here are five tips that I have been using that are helping to keep me slim.
1. Use 1/2 the amount of oil and butter
2. Eat a 1/2 of baby carrots before the main course
3. Start the meal with a bowl of clear broth soup
4. Eat your fruit as dessert along with 1 ounce of dark chocolate
5. For every serving of meat and starch have one serving of vegetables
